What Happens When You Call

We ask what you want built, roughly how big it is and what is there now: lawn, pavers or old concrete that has to be broken out and hauled away. We also ask about anything underground, such as sprinkler lines, a gas run or a sewer cleanout. Those change how deep and where we can dig, and knowing them up front keeps our crew and your family safe during excavation. Then we schedule a visit to check slope away from your home, measure, and look at access for the concrete truck or pump.

After the visit we walk you through a written, line-item estimate covering base prep, rebar or wire mesh, slab thickness, finish and haul-off, so you can see what drives the cost. We are Licensed by the California State License Board (CSLB), and our finished work carries a 1-year warranty. We explain what that warranty covers before you decide anything.

Have These Ready Before You Call

  1. Rough measurements of the area, even paced off, so we can talk about thickness and how many yards of concrete it takes.
  2. A description of what is there now, including any cracked or heaved concrete that would need demolition first.
  3. Anything you know about buried utilities, sprinkler valves or where the property line runs near the work.
  4. Whether your HOA has to approve the color, finish or layout before we pour.
